Who we are
BookMyDreamCruise is building a service that connects cruise shoppers with independent, vetted travel agents. We are not a travel agency and do not sell travel. Contact us at hello@bookmydreamcruise.com.
What we collect
When a travel agent applies to join our program, we collect:
- Name, email address, mobile phone number and the state or province where you are based.
- Agency details: host agency, business name, accreditation numbers and insurance status.
- Details of your cruise business: experience, bookings, specialties, languages and availability.
- Your consent choices, with the time, your IP address and browser details as a record of that consent.
- The page or campaign that referred you, if any.
Our pre-launch pages do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To review your application and verify your credentials.
- To contact you by email and phone about the agent program, as you agreed.
- If you opt in, to invite you to an interview about the program.
- To keep our website secure and prevent fraudulent sign-ups.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. We use service providers to run the website and store data: Vercel (hosting) and Amazon Web Services (database, in the United States). They process data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep applications for as long as you take part in the program. If you don't join, we delete your application within 24 months. Consent records are kept as long as needed to show you gave permission.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent to be contacted, at any time by emailing hello@bookmydreamcruise.com. Depending on where you live, including California and Canadian provinces, you may have further rights under local privacy law; we will honor them and will not treat you differently for using them.
Changes
We will update this notice before we launch our full service, and show the date of each change at the top.
