About Disney Wonder

Disney Wonder, from 1999, is the second Magic-class ship and has the classic ocean-liner look of Disney’s first ships, with two red funnels and an Art Nouveau-inspired interior. It is home to Tiana’s Place, a New Orleans-themed restaurant with live jazz, and was the first ship to stage Frozen, A Musical Spectacular. Wonder has often sailed farther afield than the Florida-based ships, including Alaska and the Pacific coast. There is no water coaster, but the smaller size, easy layout and slower pace appeal to families with young children and repeat Disney cruisers who value the itinerary.

Best for: Families and Disney fans who want a classic Disney ship on itineraries like Alaska.
