About Celebrity Apex
Celebrity Apex, completed in 2020, is the second Edge-class ship and a near twin of Celebrity Edge, though the pandemic delayed its first passenger sailings until 2021. It shares the Edge design that changed Celebrity’s look: the Magic Carpet on the starboard side, Eden at the stern, a Rooftop Garden for casual dining and Infinite Veranda cabins with glass walls that drop down to turn the room into a balcony. The Retreat offers suite guests a private lounge, sundeck and restaurant. It has sailed both Europe and the Caribbean.
Best for: Couples and design-conscious travelers who want a modern, premium ship for Europe or the Caribbean.
