About Celebrity Xcel
Celebrity Xcel, which debuted in late 2025, is the fifth Edge-series ship and follows the stretched Edge Plus layout of Celebrity Beyond and Ascent. That means the Magic Carpet, a cantilevered platform that moves up and down the side of the ship, a two-level Sunset Bar at the stern, the Rooftop Garden and Eden, a three-deck venue wrapped in glass that blends dining, drinks and performance. Celebrity scheduled it for Caribbean sailings from Fort Lauderdale after its debut. Expect a stylish, adult-leaning atmosphere and a big menu of specialty restaurants.
