About Viking Jupiter
Viking Jupiter joined the fleet in 2019, continuing the series of near-identical ocean ships with the planetarium introduced on Viking Orion. Life on board is relaxed and grown-up: mornings in port on an included excursion, afternoons in the spa or the Wintergarden, and evenings split between The Restaurant, Manfredi’s and the Explorers’ Lounge. Her Nordic design emphasizes natural light, pale woods and Norwegian art from the line’s own collection. Viking Jupiter has sailed in Scandinavia, the Mediterranean and South America, and her itineraries tend to favor overnight stays in major cities for more time ashore.
Best for: Adults who enjoy art, history and evening lectures, and want a polished, quiet ship that leaves time to explore.
